Lead East!

Yesterday it was off to Lead East, the huge car show in Parsippany. We had a great time cruising the car through the show, wandering around and having a brew.


Friend Mike and daughter Madison came up to stroll around with us for awhile and we ran into Professor Ouch as well! Lot's of other folks Skeetie grew up with were at the show and we found my Dad's friend Don's wicked chopped Merc but couldn't find Don anywhere!


There were so many unique cars! Lots of Rats, too, our very faves. It was brutally hot & humid after having been so perfect for so long. It had actually poured through the night so we were relieved that Saturday turned out to be clear.


I found some awesome stuff including a great vintage dress by 'It's Martini Time' and a wicked hat from Evil Brand Clothing.

After melting in the sun for hours we headed over to Arthur's in Morris Plains for a wonderful dinner.


As we pulled into the driveway the skies opened up one last time and we dried off the car and then just dropped from exhaustion.
